SoFar

In SoFar, automated evolution of question-driven recommender systems by exploiting customer product feedback is being investigated. Unstructured content, such as reviews are crawled and analyzed in order to extract sentiments and features about the mentioned products. The extracted information is used to extend and improve given product ontologies used for recommendation processes.
